A simple structure with design focused on the entrance area, like a Middle Eastern caravansaries. The plan was arranged around bench-seats with groups of four tabletops that provide much of the visual texture, with walls covered in traditional etched and steel point 19th-century prints of fish. Frameless glass protection carefully arranged on the wall between thin wood trim complement the design.
