Route 66 Grille and RedBud Bar. A dining area of 120 seats overlooking the tarmac book ended by a 20-seat bar and a grilled to order and prepackaged sandwiches sales area. A Cinnamon take-out shop with breakfast coffee augments the food service. Project realized on time and on budget, two critical requirements.
